Clear, well-lit photos where the face is clearly visible work best. Front-facing photos with good lighting produce the best results. Avoid blurry photos, sunglasses, or photos where the face is partially hidden.

You only need one clear photo of your child to get started. You can also add photos of family members or pets to include them in the story as supporting characters.

Absolutely! Many of our stories feature supporting characters like parents, grandparents, siblings, or even pets. You can upload photos of anyone you want to include in your child's adventure.

If your physical book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund. Digital books are final once generated, but we’ll always help if you have access issues.
